Day 1: Danang arrival – Hoian ancient town
Welcome to Danang!
You will be met at the airport and transferred directly to Hoi An Ancient Town
This afternoon, you will visit Japanese Bridge
Day
2: Hoian – My Son – Hoian (B/L)
This
morning, we take a half day excursion to My Son sanctuary. It was the site of
religious ceremony of kings of the Champa dynasty, and was also a burial place
of Champa royals and national heroes. The My Son temple complex is one of the
foremost temple complexes of Hinduism in South East Asia and is the foremost
heritage site of this nature in Vietnam
Free and easy in the afternoon to relax on the beach
or do shopping in Hoian. Overnight in Hoian.
Day
3: Hoian – Marble Moutain – Son Tra Peninsula –
Linh Ung Pagoda – Hue
Breakfast at hotel then leave Hoi An for
Danang and Hue. On the way from Hoi An to Danang, visit Marble mountain in Da
Nang city. The Marble Mountains consists of five marble hills. Each of them is
representing a different element: Thuy (Water), Moc (Wood), Hoa (Fire), Kim
(Metal) and Tho (Earth). The largest and most famous one; the Thuy Mountain,
has numerous caves, in which Buddhist sanctuaries have been built through the
centuries. Visit Son Tra Peninsula and Linh Ung Pagoda then proceed to Hue.
Stop for lunch at local restaurant in Lang Co beach.
Arrive
Hue, we take a boat ride along the romantice Perfume River. We stop at Thien Mu
Pagoda to see the 7-storey octagonal tower and an old Austin car which
transported the bonze Thich Quang to Saigon in 1963 for his self-immolation. Check in hotel,
free at leisure and Overnight in Hue.
Day
4: Hue City Tour – Danang (B/L)
This morning we see
the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City, created in the 19th century for the
Emperors under Nguyen Dynasty. Continue drive to Minh Mang Tomb built between
1841 and 1843. The Emperor’s tomb complex consists of 40 contructions (palaces,
temples, pavilion ect) designed on a symmetric axis. Have lunch.
Free for shopping in
Hue City till transferring back to Danang beach city. Arrival Danang, check in hotel and free at leisure to relax on the beach.
Overnight in Danang.
Day 5: Danang departure
(B)
Breakfast at hotel in Danang then check out to
transfer to Danang airport for your flight back home. End of trip!
